Summary is imperative (\"add\", not \"added\"), lowercase, no trailing period.\n2. Scope is the affected module/package as named in the repo (e.g. `feat(cli): ...`).\n3. Breaking changes: add `!` after the type/scope **and** a `BREAKING CHANGE:` footer explaining migration.\n4. One logical change per commit. If you need \"and\" in the summary, consider splitting.\n5.
